The holidays are coming but Santa Claus isn’t the only one coming to Orlando this holiday season, Krampus is headed to Orlando!
It’s beginning to look a lot like... KrampusFest, as what can best be described as a naughty, and terrifyingly fun Krampusfest returns to Orlando in an annual one-night-only extravaganza that brings the alpine spirit to the Milk District on Sunday, December 3 from 3 pm at The Plaza Live.
The event will feature live music, food, vendors, costume contests, a krampuslauf parade, and plenty of punishment!!
While kids are welcome in the earlier hours, after dark, The Milk District can't vouch for their safety from Krampus!
Krampus is a horned, anthropomorphic figure in Central and Eastern Alpine folklore who, during the Christmas season, scares children who have misbehaved.
Assisting Santa Claus, the pair visit children on the night of December 5th, with Saint Nicholas rewarding the well-behaved children with modest gifts such as oranges, dried fruit, walnuts and chocolate, while the badly behaved ones only receive punishment from Krampus.
