Buca di Beppo has said arrivederci to Maitland after nearly 25 years of serving the local community.
Buca di Beppo has closed the doors on its Maitland location forever, disappointing legions of fans, who will now have to travel jut a little further to enjoy a family-style Italian meal!
The Maitland restaurant located at 1351 S Orlando Ave, Maitland, has closed due to its lease expiring according to the company.
The location that had been open for nearly 25 years closed permanently on Monday, June 17, with the restaurant already removed from the Buca di Beppo website.
The popular chain is owned by Orlando businessman Robert Earl, who also owns PlanetHollywood and the Chicken Guy! restaurants.
In a release, the company commented, "With multiple locations in Central Florida, including Florida Mall and Celebration, Buca di Beppo has long cherished its role in the local community. We extend our deepest gratitude to our patrons and staff who have created wonderful memories inside our restaurant," The statement continued, "We look forward to welcoming you soon with the same heartfelt hospitality and exceptional Italian cuisine that Buca di Beppo is known for. Thank you for your continued support and loyalty!"
