As Walt Disney World begins its busiest time of the year, effective today, all Walt Disney World Resort hotels will restrict guest parking availability.
Parking at the Walt Disney World Resort hotels will only be available to guests with a resort confirmation or a confirmed dining reservation.
Mobile orders and quick-service dining are not accepted.
This policy is in place year-round at the resort hotels near the theme parks, including Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort, and Disney's BoardWalk Inn.
Now during the busy holiday period, the restriction have been expanded to all Walt Disney World resort hotels, this policy usually happens every year around this time.
If you are planning on visiting one of the Walt Disney World hotels and do not meet the parking requirements, it is suggested to park at Disney Springs and take Walt Disney World transportation to the resort hotel. Disney Springs offers free parking.
Other options include parking at a theme park and taking Disney transportation from there, although depending on your pass type, you may incur parking fees.
