Oviedo Mall's Back 2 School Bash is back on August 1 with an amazing day planned for all the family

Annual celebration features free school supply scavenger hunt, local vendors, community resources, and family fun.

As students prepare to head back to the classroom, Oviedo Mall is inviting families to celebrate the new school year at its annual Back 2 School Bash, presented by Precious Fine Jewelers, on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 11 am - 5 pm.

This free community event brings together local businesses, organizations, and families for a day of shopping, activities, and back-to-school excitement designed to help students start the school year on the right foot.

One of the event's most anticipated traditions is the Free School Supply Scavenger Hunt. Children will travel throughout the mall collecting essential school supplies from participating businesses while exploring everything Oviedo Mall has to offer. By the end of their journey, participants will have gathered a variety of supplies to help prepare for the first day of school—all while supplies last.

In addition to the scavenger hunt, guests can enjoy a Back 2 School Marketplace featuring local vendors, small businesses, community organizations, educational resources, family services, and unique shopping opportunities. From tutoring programs and enrichment activities to handmade products and family- focused businesses, the marketplace offers something for everyone.
