It's been a long time coming, but finally V's Diner is opening its bricks and mortar location in Casselberry this weekend!
The highly anticipated opening of V's Diner at 908 FL-436, Casselberry is finally happening, yes really!
Having made vegans wait for what seems like forever, the much loved pop-up and food truck business.V's Diner will open their bricks and mortar location this weekend, on Saturday August 19.
The diner is100% vegan, offering delicious scratch-made vegan diner classics including burgers, wraps, subs, sandwiches, and more.
V's Diner was originally set to open in the near 100 year old Fort Pitt building at 5565 Old Cheney Highway, and they did open at the location as a pop up in late 2019, but after issues with the buildings owners, they parted ways, and V's Diner is finally ready to serve hungry customers at 908 SR-436 in Casselberry.
You can find them one traffic light north of Red Bug Lake Road on State Road 436.
The diner looks awesome, with vintage 1950s vibes, and even includes The Green Room, which is the area’s only vegan rental space, which could see comedy shows, live music, and pop up markets in the near future.
