The self proclaimed "Best Tasting Baos In The Galaxy" will be available in downtown from this Friday as new concept, The Bao Spot opens on Church Street.
Local family owned food concept, The Bao Spot will open the doors for the first time this weekend on Church Street in Downtown Orlando, hosting a grand opening this Friday, December 1 at 54 West Church Street, Unit 140, Orlando.
The menu will include a number of appetizers, including Fried Brussel Sprouts and Honey Bacon, plus Fried Pork Dumplings.
Bao's are of course the star of the menu, and offerings include:
The Big Bang (Panko Shrimp, Japanese Guac, Bacon Jam, Pickled onions)
The Rebel (Spicy Crispy Softshell Crab, Dressed Arugula, Apple Kimchi)
Space Kalbi (Tender Kalbi Beef, Kimchi , Scallions)
Astro Pig (Sou vide Pork Belly , Daikon , Cilantro)
The store is open Friday, 11 am - 1 am, with opening day fun taking place from 7 pm to 9 pm, including amazing bao buns, and mind-blowing tableside close-up magic by Orlando Entertainer and Magician, Steve Nelson.
