Mixology and Charity Unite as The Edison at Disney Springs hosts 2nd Annual Bartenders Bash

Raise a glass to craft cocktails and competition for a cause at The Edison.

The Edison at Disney Springs, the industrial gothic-themed restaurant, bar and entertainment destination located within Town Center at Disney Spring, will host its second annual Bartenders Bash on Thursday, August 21, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. 

This year, eight of Central Florida’s top mixologists from renowned locations such as The Edison, Morimoto Asia, Mather’s Social Gathering, Yak & Yeti, and Atlantic at Epic Universe will engage in spirited competition, aiming to win over palates with their delicious handcrafted cocktails.

During the event, guests will have the opportunity to sample and vote on these cocktails while indulging in perfectly paired bites prepared by The Edison’s culinary team at various food stations.

In addition to live entertainment, the evening will feature a silent auction benefiting Give Kids the World Village, which supports vacations for critically ill children and their families.

Tickets are limited, starting at $85++ for general admission and $100++ for VIP Admission. Guests must be 21+ to attend.

Elite Booth Seating is available, offering early admission at 5:30 p.m., plus booth seating, a dedicated server and an extra vote, at $150 per person.
