Memberships Now Open at Hamlin House coming soon to Orlando's SoDo District

Hamlin House is a modern take on a racquet club, described as, "bringing together spirited volleys, lively conversations, exceptional dining, and a vibrant social community."
The growing sport of pickleball is gaining huge momentum throughout the country, and no more so than here in Central Florida, and a new pickleball and entertainment concept, backed by Ryan and Michelle DeVos, owners of Major League Pickleball’s Orlando Squeeze franchise is getting ready to open its doors.
Hamlin House: Paddle & Social Club, a 28,000-square-foot upscale pickleball and social club located at 231 W. Grant Street in the SoDo District has opened membership ahead of its opening.
Hamlin House, which we first told you about back in July 2024, will offer country club vibes in the heart of SoDO District, with a sporting life and social life, under one roof.
Hamlin House is described as, "A modern take on a social club providing an elevated experience for the growing pickleball community in Orlando and will offer a culinary and hospitality experience that will keep you coming back for more than the game."
Hamlin House Paddle & Social Club will offer members professional-level pickleball courts: three indoor courts, two outdoor covered courts, and two additional outdoor courts.
Every detail at Hamlin House is being designed with member comfort in mind. The refresh spaces are thoughtfully curated to create a seamless experience before, during, and after play. Intimate locker rooms will offer members a private retreat where members can prepare or unwind, while carefully chosen finishes and amenities reflect the same standard of quality found throughout the club.
The welcoming “Living Room” invites members to relax, recharge, and spend time together in comfort, extending the Hamlin House experience well beyond the courts. It’s a place where community naturally forms, where conversations continue off the court, and where every detail supports a lifestyle rooted in ease, warmth, and thoughtful design.
Members will also able to relax in the club coffee shop, restaurant and bar, enjoying elevated, "healthful cuisine" and creative cocktails.
Hamlin House has partnered with Chef John Fraser and the acclaimed JF Restaurants team, celebrated for redefining modern American dining.
With a Michelin star to his name, Chef Fraser sets a standard of excellence that elevates every plate and every glass poured.
Members will enjoy a food and beverage program that is rooted in quality, creativity, and authenticity. The full-service restaurant will be pen for lunch and dinner, while the café provides an all-day option, perfect for coffee, a smoothie, or a quick bite before play.
Courtside servers ensure every game is paired with refreshment, and the outdoor patio invites guests to dine and lounge under the Florida sky. For a more relaxed atmosphere, the Family Room offers a welcoming lounge to gather, connect, or unwind.
Hamlin House is offering two membership options. Racquet Membership provides full access to all courts, leagues, clinics, and instruction, while Social Membership is designed for those who wish to enjoy the dining, events, and lifestyle of the club without a primary focus on play.
Both options are available for individuals, couples and families, and corporate memberships, ensuring that whether you join for the game, the gatherings, or both, you’ll find your place within our community.
