Meet the founders of CreativeSoul Photography, Kahran and Regis Bethencourt at Disney Springs

Step into the world of CreativeSoul Photography and join us in celebrating the art of capturing the beauty and empowerment of girls and boys of color.

The founders of CreativeSoul Photography, Kahran and Regis Bethencourt are appearing at Disney Springs on June 23 and 24, from 11 am - 1 pm.

They will be visiting The Art of Disney to sign copies of their latest book, Crowned, an ode to the art of portraiture and a celebration of Black culture's past, present and future visions.

You’ll also see a display of the stunning dresses that inspired their CreativeSoul Doll collection.

For over a decade, husband-and-wife duo Regis and Kahran Bethencourt have worked in their photography studio with the mission of celebrating youth of color in artistic, innovative ways.

They continue to make their vision a reality by adding Afrocentric design elements to their visuals, showing the beauty and strength of diversity. Their current photography and a unique doll collection reimagine what a classic princess and prince could look like through a new, multiracial lens.

Their book Crowned is designed to foster and encourage imagination, equipping young kings and queens with the creativity and ability to overcome any obstacles in their way. Filled with stunning photography, Crowned tells magical tales of the diaspora that bring to life past, present and future visions of Black culture.

This collection is a must-have for children and parents everywhere and is a joyous celebration of Black beauty and imagination.
