Maria and Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway and The Edison at Disney Springs launch Cookies for Kids' Cancer Fundraiser

Patina Restaurant Group locations at Disney Springs to donate a portion of proceeds from specialty desserts sold September 1 - October 31, 2026.
This fall, Patina Restaurant Group’s Orlando restaurants at Disney Springs are proud to partner with Cookies for Kids’ Cancer for a two-month-campaign dedicated to raising awareness and support for pediatric cancer.
From September 1 through October 31, Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway and The Edison at Disney Springs will offer specialty desserts featuring a house-made ginger snap cookie. A portion of proceeds from each featured dessert sold will benefit the national nonprofit dedicated to funding research for new, improved and less toxic treatments for childhood cancer.
Patina’s participating restaurants will offer the following specialty desserts:
Maria & Enzo’s: Coppa di Maria and Gelato, featuring vanilla, chocolate and pistachio gelato, sweet Amarena cherries and a house-made ginger snap cookie
Enzo’s Hideaway: Coppa di Maria and Gelato, featuring vanilla, chocolate and pistachio gelato, sweet Amarena cherries and a house-made ginger snap cookie
The Edison: Dulce de leche cheesecake and house-made gelato topped with a ginger snap cookie

With pediatric cancer remaining one of the leading causes of disease-related death in children, this campaign serves as a powerful call to action - bringing together teams, guests, and communities in a shared mission to fund research, support families, and spread hope.
