This week, Garber Development, a leading developer of historic building reimaginations in Winter Park and across Florida, unveiled and installed a brand-new sign for Maitland Social.
"We're excited to unveil our new sign and what it represents— a unique experience for everyone," said owner and developer Lamont Garber. “The sign marks a milestone on Maitland Social’s journey towards becoming a social destination hub for the community.”
Located at 360 E Horatio Ave, Maitland, FL 32751, Maitland Social is fully leased with all tenants sharing a common corridor, which developers say creates a fun and social atmosphere for the community and access to different eateries and workout facility all in one.
“The building reflects the historical nature of Maitland and the newness of what is yet to come for the city,” Garber said. “The design and construction took years of thought and planning with construction features and designs unseen in the central Florida area.”
