Magic Kingdom Park is SOLD OUT for the 4th of July - whats the alternative?

The 4th of July is one of the busiest days of the year at Walt Disney World, so its no surprise that Magic kingdom has now sold out!

Fourth of July is a time for patriotic celebrations across the United States, and Walt Disney World Resort is one of the busiest place in the country with thousands of families celebrating Independence Day in the resort.

Now with hours until the big day, Magic Kingdom is now completely sold out for the fourth of July.

The Disney Park Pass reservation calendar is showing no availability fo, regular ticket holders, Disney World Resort Hotel guests. or Annual Passholders.

Magic Kingdom tickets are now unavailable to purchase on the Walt Disney World website as a result.

So what's the alternative, well the good news is that today, July 3 is not sold out at Magic Kingdom, and the park is celebrating the 4th of July just like tomorrow, so you can enjoy all the fun 24 hours early, and then celebrate tomorrow, on the actual 4th of July in EPCOT, where there is special fireworks, character appearances and more!

Here is a rundown of this year's entertainment at Walt Disney World, all taking place at Magic kingdom and EPCOT.

Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs will not offer firework shows on July 4 2022.

Magic Kingdom Independence Day Hours & Entertainment

8:30am to 9:00am - Early Entry 9:00am to 11:00pm - Operating hours

"Disney's Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky" will be presented at 9:20pm on July 3 and July 4.

Both nights will also include DJ parties throughout the park. "Happily Ever After" will not be shown on either night.

EPCOT Independence Day Hours & Entertainment

8:30am to 9:00am - Early Entry 9am to 9pm - Operating hours

A Fourth of July fireworks tag, 'The Heartbeat of Freedom," will follow the regular nightly performance of "EPCOT Forever" at 9pm.

A cappella vocal group Voices of Liberty will perform numbers from the American songbook beneath the rotunda in The American Adventure

Favorite Disney pals will don their "Spirit of '76" attire and meet with guests throughout the day at The American Adventure.

Patriotic bites and sips in honor of the nation's birthday will be available for a limited time.

At EPCOT, look for a Fourth of July Liege Waffle, available on July 4 only at Connections Café.
