Get jazzed up with Mardi Gras-style live music and New Orleans-inspired entertainment, then feast like kings and queens on classic Cajun cuisine as Busch Gardens brings the “Big Easy” to Tampa Bay.

Bring on the beads and let the good times roll, as Mardi Gras returns to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay with limited-time food offerings, refreshing cocktails, festive entertainment, and live music on select days, January 13 through until March 3, 2024.

Captivated by the lively hues and delicious tastes of New Orleans' grandest celebration, Mardi Gras at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will whisk visitors away to a lively world of bayou-inspired revelry. This immersive experience includes delectable Cajun-inspired culinary treats, an energetic parade showcasing festive characters, a cascade of multicolored beads, a live and authentic brass band, and a range of spirited entertainment options suitable for the whole family.

Guests will have the chance to enjoy a festive parade, catch beads along the way and march to the beat of live music from an authentic brass band.

Busch Gardens will come to life as entertainers, stilt walkers and musicians bring the Mardi Gras spirit to Tampa Bay, and don't forget the beads! Stop by the "Bead Balcony" for an opportunity to catch beads and celebrate the event.

Plus, enjoy Bourbon Street beats and jazz classics as you indulge in all your favorite Mardi Gras treats and Cajun eats.

Parkgoers can get a taste of Bourbon Street at the popular event, which features a new crepes station, and foodie favorites such Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Andouille Sausage Po’ Boy. Traditional cocktails such as Hurricane, signature mocktails, beers and wine will also be available for guests.

All of the Mardi Gras treats and Cajun eats can be best enjoyed by purchasing a Mardi Gras Sampler Lanyard, available in quantities of five and 10. Pass members can purchase an exclusive 12-item Sampler Lanyard.
