Due to the incoming Tropical Storm Nicole, Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex has announced that it will be closed Thursday due to expected severe weather from Tropical Storm Nicole.
With Nicole expected to make landfall on the east coast of Central Florida as a Category 1 Hurricane it's no surprise that the Visitors Complex will be closed Thursday.
The visitor complex will remain open on Wednesday, but all Kennedy Space Center Bus Tours and Kennedy Space Center Explore Tours will be closed.
This includes access to Apollo/Saturn V Center. The main visitor complex will remain open for normal operations.
Kennedy Space Center anticipate reopening on Friday, November 11 at 9:00 am after a thorough assessment of the property has been completed.
Those with existing reservations on November 9 for Special Interest Tours (Explore Tour) will be automatically refunded within 1 billing cycle.
Those with existing reservations on NOVEMBER 10 will be automatically refunded within 1 billing cycle.
