Moso Nori, a concept by James Beard Award finalist Henry Moso, is coming soon to Winter Park, and new rendering of the restaurant have been unveiled by Moso showing what we can expect when the new restaurant opens later this year.
Sharing his excitement for the new concept, Moso commented, "I am thrilled to share a sneak peek of Mosonori Winterpark renderings with an indigo-inspired handroll bar!"
The hand roll bar serving a variety of temaki is opening in the former home of Bitebound at 1100 S. Orlando Ave. Moso Nori will feature an island bar with 30 seats, where chefs will serve cylindrical rolls fashioned from premium roasted Japanese nori with filling including dry-aged fish, foie gras, and vegetables.
Beer, wine, and sake-based cocktails will also be available.
