It’s Just Yoga, Central Florida’s largest health and fitness event returns to Lake Eola this March

Central Florida’s largest yoga and wellness event, It’s Just Yoga Health and Fitness Festival is returning to Lake Eola on March 5 from 10 am until 4 pm.

Since 2015, The It’s Just Yoga Health & FitnessFestival has attracted thousands of yogis of all ages and expertise levels to Lake Eola for a day of yoga classes benefiting New Hope for Kids.

The festival which takes place on the North East Lawn at Lake Eola Park features donation-based classes, taught by Central Florida instructors in a variety of yoga disciplines.

A new class offered at this year’s event is Chair Yoga, presented by Florida Blue. Other classes include: yoga for kids, intro to yoga, hip hop yoga and acro yoga.

The festival also features a Marketplace where attendees can interact, sample products and explore the latest trends in health, wellness, and fitness products as well a variety of local food vendors.

For 2023, renowned DJ and musician DJ TAZ Rashid will appear at It’s Just Yoga Fest.

DJ Taz Rashid has been featured in Yoga Journal magazine, performed at Wanderlust and Bhakti Festival.

He utilizes multiple instruments to create a breath- beat synchronization and will play his legendary, inner peace invoking electronic beats to help you bring joy to your mat.
