Just in time for the busiest time of the year in the theme parks here in Orlando, Walt Disney World has delivered the best present ever, The Walt Disney World Railroad at Magic Kingdom has reopened after being closed for over four long years.
After cast member previews yesterday, the railroad opened to park guests around 10:00 a.m. this morning, December 23, 2022
Walt Disney World has updated the resorts website, indicating the railroad will be operating from 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. today.
From December 24 through December 29 you can ride the rails from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., then on December 30, and 31, grand circle tours will be offered from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Starting January 1, the railroad will begin regular daily operations from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
