Island H2O Water Park announces extended hours and summer events, all starting Memorial Day weekend

Kick off summer with a splash at Island H20 Water Park, with Orlando’s award-winning water park hosting a variety of special events starting Memorial Day.

As the temperature heats up, Island H20 Water Park in Kissimmee is inviting families and friends to splash their way into summer with later closing times, fun events and special park offers.

Memorial Day weekend kicks off summer fun at Island H2O Water Park with extended summer hours from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., Fridays through Sundays, and 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on weekdays, starting Friday, May 26.

Memorial Day weekend is also the start of summer celebrations and events including DJ Nites taking place each weekend from May 27 to August 6, featuring a live DJ and fun family contests by the Live! Lagoon Wave Pool.

Another summer event to look forward to is the water park’s Dive-In Movies starting each Friday from June 2 to August 4 at 6:30 p.m. The park invites visitors to spend Friday nights under the stars with family-friendly movies on the largest digital screen in Central Florida. Season passholders receive free popcorn at every Dive-In Movie.

The ultimate summer destination, Island H2O has something for everyone—whether you're looking to relax on the lazy river, take a plunge down the active slides, or hang out poolside in the shade. With over 20 thrilling rides and attractions ranging from mild to wild, the whole family will make memories together while making a splash this summer.

The water park provides all the amenities guests need to ensure their visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The park offers multiple dining options serving a variety of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and salads, as well as snack stands and beverage carts.

Guests can also rent private cabanas to relax and enjoy their day with family and friends with exclusive food and beverage service. The park’s revamped retail store is fully stocked with all summer essentials from sunblock to towels, as well as souvenirs for guests to remember their unforgettable summer experience.

Florida Resident and Discounted Season Pass offers

Florida Residents can now get a weekday one-day admissions ticket for 50 percent off (only $32.50). Tickets must be purchased and used by May 26, 2023.

This is also the last chance to get a season pass with free parking, as the offer ends on Memorial Day. A season pass is $69.99 per person (or four easy payments of $17.50) for guests ages three and older (guests under two years old enter free).

Pass holders receive unlimited visits with no blackout dates through the end of the 2023 season.
