Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is once again hosting its legendary Stone Crab Festival Brunch!
A fan-favorite, indulge in all-you-can-eat Stone Crab and other specialties from the Four Flamingos team Sunday, October 26 from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.
The star of the show, bottomless Florida Stone Crab, will be joined on the raw bar by fresh shucked oysters, poached Canaveral shrimp, snow crab claws, salmon ceviche and accompaniments with the restaurant’s iconic Floribbean twist, like curried mustard.
Other highlights include a Grouper a la Mojo carving station, a Beef Tenderloin carving station, made-to-order ricotta pancakes, a noshing table, dessert bar and more
The annual Stone Crab Festival Brunch is $170 per adult, and $85 per child age 12 and under, plus taxes and fees.
Note the restaurant will be open only for the Stone Crab Brunch this day and will not offer dinner service.
