Vinyl records are back and more popular than ever, and on June 23, the Orlando Record & CD Show returns to the Central Florida Showgrounds.
Though they were once replaced by digital formats, and despite the popularity of music streaming services, in the last few years, vinyl records have made a major comeback, although to many the format never went away.
Vinyl truly is the format that has refused to die, and whether its a nostalgia thing, or that the younger generation have discovered that vinyl is cool, there is no denying that the format has seen a resurgence in popularity, and here in Orlando, the largest record show in the state takes place twice yearly at the Central Florida Fairgrounds.
On Sunday, June 23, the Orlando Record & CD Show spins back to the Showgrounds from 7 am - 4 pm, with over 80 tables loaded with the best selection of records.
You can expect 1,000’s of LP’s & 45’s, Imports & Rarities, Out of Print CD’s and vinyl, plus memorabilia, videos, posters, and more.
Entry is $10 at 7 am, going down to $3 at 10 am. Parking is free.
