High Point Climbing and Fitness Orlando opens massive climbing gym within The Packing District

One of the biggest climbing gyms in the country is now open in the Packing District.

High Point Climbing and Fitness officially opens in The Packing District this weekend, on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

Located just off Orange Blossom Trail at 1978 Stanhome Way, Orlando, the new facility includes a massive 52-foot-tall rope climbing wall, one of only two competition speed walls in Florida, together with a large bouldering and training area.

High Point Orlando also includes a 4,000 square foot Kid Zone with Fun Walls designed to introduce children to the fun of climbing, featuring tentacle-themed climbing towers, pirate ship slides, and more.

Beyond climbing, the facility will have a fitness area with weights, strength and aerobic machines, a yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and a pro shop to enhance the experience.

The project Is the first High Point Climbing And Fitness in Florida, adding to eight existing facilities in Tennessee and Alabama.

High Point plans to utilize the new location to create a community for the sport in Orlando, and also hope to host national climbing events in the new facility.

Community events include youth programs, kids camps, climbing classes, and more.

The gym also goes beyond climbing. You can enjoy a yoga class or the full fitness and cardio gym- all included in a day pass or membership!

High Point Orlando will be open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 10 pm and Sunday, 10 am - 8 pm.

Day passes are available without a membership, and walk-ins are welcome.

Waivers can be signed online or at the door, plus climbing gear is available to rent or purchase within the on-site pro shop.
