This 4th of July celebrate America's Birthday at Central Winds Park!

Get ready to light up the night this 4th of July at the Winter Springs 27th Annual Celebration of Freedom

Save the date for the City of Winter Springs annual Celebration of Freedom, presented by AdventHealth!


This beloved Winter Springs event will be held on July 4 from 5 pm to 9:30 pm at Central Winds Park. Enjoy an evening filled with live entertainment, food trucks, and local vendors.


Children can enjoy our Kids Zone, featuring bounce houses, games, and free activities! The night will culminate with a spectacular fireworks show.


Don’t forget to wear your patriotic attire, bring a lawn chair, and review the prohibited items list before attending to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.



Know before you go:


What to Bring

  • Attendees may bring the following items to make their visit more comfortable:

  • Folding chairs/ Beach Chairs

  • Picnic blankets

  • Water to stay hydrated

  • Personal Coolers


What NOT to Bring

  • For your comfort and safety, the following items are prohibited.

  • Drones

  • Fireworks & Sparklers,

  • Pop-up tents

  • BBQs/Cooking Devices

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Glass bottles and containers

  • Outside alcohol

  • Coolers larger than six-pack size

  • Pets are strictly prohibited, except for service K-9.

  • ALL BAGS AND COOLERS WILL BE SEARCHED PRIOR TO ENTRY


Parking

Enter the event from State Road 434 and Central Winds Drive. Gates open at 5:00 PM.

Handicap parking is available at Central Winds Park. Attendees may park at several designated areas around Central Winds Park, City Hall, and Winter Springs High School.

Please lock vehicle doors and hide all valuables out of plain sight.


Orange Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic at the entrance to Central Winds Park.

Central Winds Parkway will be closed north of the park's entrance. The roads will reopen after the event.
