The wildest music festival in the wilderness returns to the Space Coast.

The popular after-hours music extravaganza at Brevard Zoo, Jazzoo returns on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 7 pm - 11 pm, featuring an eclectic mix of music across 7 stages, ensuring there’s something for every musical taste.

In addition to the music, you can savor a wide variety of cuisines from over 30 local restaurants, caterers and food trucks, all served with sustainable serviceware!

Jazzoo also features unlimited drinks, with open bars, serving up your favorite beverages all night.

Strike a pose at the photo booths, challenge your friends to yard games and groove all night long under the lights at the glow stage!

AMANDA SHAW & THE CUTE GUYS

Cajun influence is integral to understanding Amanda Shaw’s music, but her sound is all her own. A fiddle player since childhood, she grew up in New Orleans with early years steeped in both fais do-dos and a vibrant mélange of jazz, blues, funk and rock ‘n’ roll.

By the time she was 15, Shaw had a record deal with Rounder Records, and in the years since, she has appeared as part of a number of notable pop culture touchstones, including Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, the Today Show’s Roker-thon, and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. She is the recipient of prestigious honors including the Big Easy Award for Best Female Entertainer and is a Louisiana Music Hall of Famer.

Shaw has released an impressive nine EPs and albums to date, and she is gearing up to release a new project in 2025. This time, she is mixing in a new accolade: working with producer Kent Wells, a longtime collaborator and bandleader for Dolly Parton. The result links traditional Cajun music with modern elements for something that’s decidedly Americana and distinctly Amanda Shaw.

CARL LEWIS & INTENSITY BAND

Carl on Sax and his high-energy band, iNTENSITY, promise to turn moments into unforgettable memories. Carl Lewis, a Houston native and true Texas Tenor, blends a powerful sound with a vibrant personality.

Trained under Conrad O. Johnson and with degrees from Texas Southern University, Florida State University, and Florida A&M University’s Marching 100, he now stands as Central Florida’s premier saxophonist. A master of multiple genres, Carl’s performances, feature hits from Ellington to Adele.

DAVE STRING

Dave String is a passionate and talented violinist who has been captivating audiences with his mesmerizing performances for over a decade. Combining classical training with a modern flair, Dave brings a fresh and unforgettable energy to every show.

His versatile repertoire spans from timeless classical masterpieces to contemporary hits, tailored to suit any audience and occasion. Originally from Venezuela, Dave’s musical journey has taken him from intimate local venues to international stages, where his captivating stage presence and dynamic showmanship consistently leave a lasting impression.

Driven by a deep love for music and a commitment to excellence, Dave String delivers exceptional performances that resonate long after the final note.

Emily Henline, a Nashville-signed artist, shines in the industry, starring in VA Dreams Center Stage and opening for major acts.

Dillon Dixon, originally from Colorado, now a Nashville performer and writer, boasts top-charted singles worldwide.
