Schmankerl Stub'n is opening its doors on May 16 in the former home of Neon Beach at 131 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 104 in downtown Orlando.
The new concept will be a mix of casual and fine dining, offering a wide variety of German cuisine and modern dishes, cooked from scratch and made to order.
Customers can enjoy German favorites like Wiener Schnitzel, Beef Consommé, Apple Strudel and many more culinary creations that you won’t find anywhere else in Orlando.
Reservations are now open for Schmankerl Stub'n via Toast. Save the date and reserve your table now.
Schmankerl Stub'n will be open Sunday - Wednesday, 5 pm - 10 pm, and Thursday - Saturday, 55 pm - 11 pm.
Schmankerl Stub’n (“Room of Delicacies” when translated to English) is commitment to offering a modern German restaurant experience in Orlando, sourcing top-quality ingredients, and creating traditional German dishes with a modern twist.
Begin your dining experience with tantalizing appetizers like the velvety shrimp bisque and the delightful Obazda & Pretzel combination.
The entrees showcase German classics with a twist, featuring the iconic pork schnitzel, hearty dark beer goulash, and a daring wild boar burger.
Indulge your sweet tooth with the exquisite mascarpone cheesecake and the time-honored apple strudel for a perfect finale to this culinary adventure.
Schmankerl Stub’n has also shared that once open they are planning to introduce monthly promotions and happy hour deals.
Plus, as a German restaurant, they are planning an authentic Octoberfest celebration this fall.
