In honor of Orlando’s 150th anniversary, the Orange County Regional History Center offers a glimpse into some of the most fascinating and rarely seen items from the city’s history with our newest special exhibition, Orlando Collected.

Twinkling lights, themed trees, and timeless holiday charm — “A Dickens Christmas: The Urban Family’s Holiday Exhibition” is back at the Appleton Museum of Art, Ocala. Visitors can enjoy beautifully decorated themed trees, the ever-popular Dickens Village miniature, an extensive nutcracker collection, handmade Santas from around the world, and much more.
June 6 - January 6
Dawoud Bey’s Evergreen depicts haunting images captured at the Evergreen Plantation of Wallace, Louisiana. Installed across three video channels, the work scans the grounds of the most intact plantation complex still standing in the United States. The work captures swaths of trees and the remnants of living quarters of the historically enslaved Black people.

November 8 - January 6
Celebrate the magic of the holiday season at Orlando Science Center with a dino twist. Gaze upon Stan the T. rex and his fossil friends in a festive light show set to holiday music. Don't forget the wintery surprise at the end!

Experience the enchantment of the holiday stroll. Spread cheer by shopping locally at the Merry Market. Embrace the magic of the season at the Eola Wonderland. Enjoy a snowy Florida wonderland at Lake Eola Park. Encounter Santa himself at the Eola House, catch a free Holiday Movie, and more. Plus, each night the Eola Wonderland Christmas Tree comes alive with synchronized light and music.

The exhibition includes 100 watercolors by FWS members selected by a distinguished juror, award-winning watercolor artist, Matthew Bird, whose work has been featured in major art magazines.

Celebrate the holidays in full bloom at the Gardens! Stroll through dazzling displays overflowing with life, where thousands of poinsettias and seasonal flowers create a joyful, wonder-filled scene.

This holiday season step into picture-perfect sights, sparkling lights and merry moments at the Frontyard Holiday Festival. Dr Phillips Center is turning its frontyard, Seneff Arts Plaza into an enchanting winter wonderland full of free festive fun all month long, including live entertainment, holiday movies on the big screen, visits with Santa, eats and treats, holiday crafts, nightly tree lighting ceremony and snow flurries, plus so much more!
December 5 - January 4
Downtown Winter Garden transforms into a magical Holiday Wonderland as the sights and sounds of the season complement its historic small town-charm. On select dates enjoy holiday events, live music, projection light shows, street performers, and more that add to the festive Normal Rockwell-like ambiance.
December 6 – January 1
The City of Altamonte Springs and Duke Energy celebrate the tradition of lighting up Cranes Roost Park with live music, entertainment, fireworks, train rides, along with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Watch as the park comes alive with spectacular holiday displays featuring 200,000 lights and a 60-foot tree decorated with thousands of ornaments and garland.

November 14 - December 31
Looking for a place to check off all the boxes on your little one’s Christmas list? Disney Springs is the place to be to find classic Disney merchandise, souvenirs and trends from some of the world’s most popular brands during the holidays, as well as world-class restaurants, casual eateries, family-friendly activities, live entertainment and unforgettable late-night fun for adults. Disney Springs is the perfect spot for holiday shopping, alongside dazzling decorations and the popular Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll. Make sure to also check out the magical nightly snowfall in the Town Center, and on select nights, guests can listen to a rotating lineup of bands at the Waterside Stage. Also, Santa Claus will be stopping by Disney Springs through December 24, where you can take festive photos and share holiday wishes with jolly old St. Nick.

Now Snowing, Central Florida’s original and premier “Snowing” event, offers one of the area’s only synthetic ice rinks, special community performances by some of the area’s top young talent, and special concert events throughout the season. Now Snowing in Celebration is a month-long Winter Wonderland Spectacular featuring strolling Charles Dickens style Carolers, photos with Santa, horse drawn carriage rides, train rides, ice skating, and nightly snowfall.

Enjoy an expanded holiday light spectacular at Hillsburgh County Fairgrounds that will envelop you and your family in an enchanting environment blanketed in more than a million lights from entrance to exit. Young and young at heart will enjoy the nearly 2 mile drive-thru immersive experience of continuous light features followed by a festive walking visit to Santa’s Village, full of attractions, holiday goodies and visits with Santa!

After a nearly sold-out run in 2024 at Orlando Family Stage, this heartwarming holiday favorite is back to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Peanuts and the 60th Anniversary of the animated television classic! Based on the Emmy- and Peabody Award-winning TV special that first aired in 1965, A Charlie Brown Christmas: Live On Stage brings the beloved Peanuts gang to life in a joyful adaptation filled with music, laughter, and timeless charm.
