As temperatures cool down, things are heating up at Four Flamingos with a fall season packed full of events for every palate – including the return of the beloved all-you-can-eat Stone Crab Brunch:

Wine Pairing Dinner featuring The Prisoner Wines

Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m., Four Flamingos will host a five-course dinner curated by Chef de Cuisine Josue Perez, expertly paired with wines from The Prisoner.


The menu includes ceviche tacos paired with Blindfold, white pinot noir, 2022; halibut paired with The Prisoner, chardonnay, 2022; duck confit roulade paired with The Prisoner, pinot noir, 2022; Korean short ribs paired with Saldo, Zinfandel, California, 2023; and chocolate blackcurrant paired with The Prisoner, red blend, 2022. Seating for this exclusive culinary experience is limited.

 

Pricing: $150 per person, plus taxes and fees

Stone Crab Brunch

A fan-favorite, indulge in all-you-can-eat Stone Crab and other specialties from the Four Flamingos team Sunday, Oct. 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.


The star of the show, bottomless Florida Stone Crab, will be joined on the raw bar by fresh shucked oysters, poached Canaveral shrimp, snow crab claws, salmon ceviche and accompaniments with the restaurant’s iconic Floribbean twist, like curried mustard.


Other highlights include a Grouper a la Mojo carving station, a Beef Tenderloin carving station, made-to-order ricotta pancakes, a noshing table, dessert bar and more.

 

Pricing: $170 per person / kids ages 12 and under $85, plus taxes and fees. Unlimited sangria: $32 add-on, 2-hour limit.

 

 

Note the restaurant will be open only for the Stone Crab Brunch this day and will not offer dinner service.

 


Cocktail Class Series

Led by Four Flamingos Chief Mixologist Macarena Portales, this cocktail class series offers guests the chance to indulge in specialty drinks paired with exclusive menu items, while learning how to create their own unique cocktail.

 

September 26 – Bacardi Cocktail Class

Explore rare barrel-aged rums paired with and Florida-inspired ingredients, featuring Bacardi’s reserve line. Pairings include Char Siu Pork with Bacardí 4 Year and Wagyu Ribeye with Gran Reserva Limitada.

 

November 28 – Espresso Martini Class

In celebration of Espresso Martini Month, Four Flamingos will host a class featuring fall-inspired twists on the classic cocktail, using house-made syrups and infusions.

 

December 19 – Holiday Cocktail Class

It’s Season’s Greetings – and “eatings” – with a festive paired cocktail class just in time for Christmas. Sip on holiday-inspired cocktails with a few presents and surprises in store.

Magical Dining – Last Chance

Take advantage of the final days of Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining at Four Flamingos, with a specialty three-course prix-fixe dinner for just $60 per person through Sept. 30. Highlights from the 2025 Magical Dining menu include Spiny Lobster Bisque, Red Grouper and Tres Leches Tiramisu.
