Anime Festival Orlando is Florida's longest-running anime convention. For over 25 years, AFO has brought quality anime and Japanese culture-focused content to Central Florida, and the fa-favorite convention returns this weekend!
Taking place from Friday June 19 - Sunday, June 21 at at Rosen Plaza Hotel on International Drive, guests can look forward to interactive events, cosplay contests, panels, vendors, gaming, industry guests and more!
A highlight of Anime Festival Orlando is the large variety of special guests from across the anime and gaming industries, with various guests meeting fans, presenting panels, signing autographs, performing, and helping judge contests.
Guests include Christopher Guerrero (Eisen), Jill Harris (Fern) and Jordan Dash Cruz (Stark ) of Frieren. Aaron Campbell (No.6, Kotarou Sinamura, Majestic, AD on Vigilantes), Aaron Dismuke (Tamaki), Gabe Kunda (Rock Lock), and Daman Mills (Mustard, Moonfish, High-End) of My Hero Academia. The cast of Blue Lock, including Aaron Dismukes (Chigiri), Aaron Campbell (Raichi), and Jordan Dash Cruz (Aoshi).
AFO also features like the Happy Happy Cosplay GO GO GO Cosplay Contest, the AMV (Anime Music Video) Contest and fan-run panels throughout the weekend.
Fans can shop for unique wares in the Vendor Room and one-of-a-kind works of art in Artist Alley. They can play video games in the Video Game Room and tabletop games in the Tabletop Game Room.
Unique experiences include a Game Show Theater and Tales of Orlandia. Throughout the weekend at Game Show Theater, fans test their knowledge and skills in a series of Game Shows, led by their hostess The Countess. As they play games, they collect points that can be spent at the Game Show Theater shop for prizes, similar to tickets in an arcade.
Tales of Orlandia is a Live Action Convention Experience with an exclusive card game called Champions of Orlandia. Guided by NPCs, players join factions, and the winning faction determines the end of the story. Each player also earns points for themselves, with the first and second place winner receiving recognition and prizes at closing ceremonies.
Tickets
Avariety of ticket options are available. Friday tickets are $50, Saturday tickets are $60, and Sunday tickets are $45. A weekend three day passes is also available for $80, with a VIP weekend pass availabel for $140
