Talkin’ Tacos, a food truck turned fast-casual Mexican eatery based in South Florida that serves up scratch-made, innovative, and Instagram-worthy Mexican dishes, opened their first Orlando area location in SODO at Eco Plaza located at 3123 South Orange Ave, Ste. 106 in November last year.
Now the fast-growing chain is getting ready to open the doors in Maitland.
Talkin' Tacos will set up its latest location inside the 1,878-square-foot space in downtown Maitland formerly occupied by Pita Mediterranean Street Food at the 400 North commercial and residential center on Orlando Avenue.
The chain serves up all kinds of tacos including birria, chicken, steak, Mahi Mahi, shrimp and veggie as well as burritos and quesadillas. Want some fusion? They also have birria ramen, pizza and bao.
Founded in 2020, Talkin’ Tacos is a fast-casual, and fast-growing Mexican eatery that started as a food truck based in South Florida and has locations in Florida, Atlanta, Washington D.C, New York, and North Carolina.
The brand serves up everything from Instagram-worthy entrees like Birria Tacos and Birria Ramen to sides like Street Corn in a Cup, desserts such as Cookies and Cream and Dulce de Leche Churros, Tajin & Chamoy gummies and their homemade specialty beverages that include lemonades, horchatas and mangonadas.
