An exclusively curated paired menu from Four Flamingos Chef Josue Perez and team features maple and black pepper spiced country style ribs, apricot & jicama slaw paired with High Road Rye paired; grilled peach & goat cheese brûlée salad & honey truffle vinaigrette paired with Sweet Mash Rye; black pepper crusted N.Y. strip, hot honey carrot purée & smoked avocado chimichurri paired with Sweet Mash Wheated Bourbon; and toffee Cheesecake, pecan coffee crust & Amarena cherries paired with Sweet Mash Bourbon.
