Enzo’s Hideaway’s Bootlegger’s Dinner returns with WhistlePig Whiskey at Disney Springs on Dec. 10

Cheers Orlando! The popular Bootlegger’s Dinner Series returns with Vermont's WhistlePig Whiskey.

This December, the popular Bootlegger’s Dinner series returns to Enzo’s Hideaway, at Disney Springs- this time featuring WhistlePig whiskeys, including two coveted Boss Hog editions.

Taking place Thursday, December 10 at 6 pm, this five-course dining experience pairs Italian-inspired dishes with distinctive whiskey pours. WhistlePig brand educator Ingrid Rodriguez will guide guests through the evening.  

Priced at $276 per person, menu highlights include:

• Red prawns and Russian Osetra caviar paired with WhistlePig PiggyBack 6 Year Rye

• House-made paccheri with milk-braised wild boar ragù and fresh white truffle

• A5 Japanese wagyu with bourbon-maple demi-glace and black truffle

• Caramel whiskey custard with cinnamon oat streusel and spiced apple compote

Guests can also opt for a supplement featuring WhistlePig “Beholden” 21 Year Single Malt.
