De Leon Springs State Park is hosting Kids Pancake Cooking Classes on Wednesdays!

Let your little chef step into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class at De Leon Springs Adventures.
Parents and kids won’t want to miss the Children’s Pancake Cooking Class at the Old Sugar Mill Pancake House inside of Historic De Leon Springs State Park. The class is being held Wednesdays from 2 to 3 pm, running now through Nov. 18.
Children will learn the art of making pancakes, enjoy their own pancake breakfast and receive a chef’s hat and apron to take home. Cost is $20 per child. One adult can be added per child, at a cost of $16.

Guests will also want to enjoy the Mill’s annual special Pumpkin Spice Pancakes, available this year from Oct. 1 to 31.
De Leon Springs State Park is located at 601 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in De Leon Springs, offering bird watching, paddling, fishing, hiking, picnicking and boat tours. Regular wildlife viewing includes otters, alligators, manatees, ospreys, turtles, jumping mullet and even bald eagles. Open 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to dusk, with admission cost of $6 per vehicle.
