The City of Orlando operates 11 pools within the city, with five open year round, and six are open June - August.
Every summer, city pools are open to the general public for open swimming.
Daily Swim Passes
City Residents: Free - Non-City Residents $4 + tax
Seasonal Swim Passes (June-September)
Family $100 - Adult $35 - Youths 17 and under $25 - Senior 55+ $25
Do you want your child to join a swim team? The City of Orlando offers both recreational and competitive swim teams for ages 6-18 to promote great health, wellness and fitness.
Do you or your child want to learn to swim? Every summer, the City of Orlando offers swim lessons taught by Red Cross certified instructors.
Each course costs $40 for city residents, $50 for non-residents.
Courses are available for the following age groups:
Water Babies
Swimming instructions for ages 6-months to 3-years-old. The program gives parents information and techniques to help orient their children to the water and to supervise water activities in a safe manner. Parent/Adult accompaniment in the water is required for infant and toddler levels.
Preschool
Swimming instructions for ages 3 to 5-years-old.
Youth
Swimming instructions for ages 6 to 17-years-old. There are six levels of Learn to Swim classes for this age group.
Adult
Swimming instructions for adults 18-years and older.
Do you want to participate in a water aerobics classes? The City of Orlando offers water aerobics classes to adults of all ages and fitness levels. Classes consist of low to high impact cardio and resistance training.

This is an activity-based recreation facility with a tennis center, family swimming pool, and afterschool and summer programs.
The heated swimming pool is open year-round.
Swimming is $2 per person per day.
2529 Cady Way, Winter Park
A large 50 meter pool adjacent to the Cady Way trail near Winter Park High school.
Daily Fees, $3 for residents, and $6 for non-residents.
2204 Denn John Ln, Kissimmee
Beat the heat at the Bob Makinson Aquatic Center! We've got a 150-foot water slide, a kids' play area, swimming lanes, and diving boards, all in a safe and fun environment for our community.
Open seasonally, mid May to early September. 11 am - 5 pm. Tickets are only $5 per person. Ages 2 years & younger: FREE.
2991 17th St, St Cloud
At the Chris Lyle Aquatic Center, you can swim a few laps, join a aqua-fit class, play in the splash pad, swim in the pool, or just relax in a lounge chair next to the pool. Open year round.
Daily Admission Fees:
Residents - $4 (three years of age and older)
Non-residents - $5 (three years of age and older)
Children two years of age and under are free
321 6th St, Haines City
Lake Eva Aquatic Center is open sesonally from May - September. This modern facility features a Kid's Play Area, Competition Pool, Pavilion, and Concession Stand.
Daily Admission: $5.00 per person, ages 3 and older (ages 2 and under are free)
1900 N. 10th Street, Haines City
The Janet J. Smith Aquatic Facility features a zero-depth entry into the splash-pad like end of a 3,328 sq. ft. pool that expands to a 5ft deep lap swim area with three (3) 25-yard lanes.
The pool is open sesonally from May - September.
Daily Admission: $5.00 per person, ages 3 and older (ages 2 and under are free)
210 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven
The "Rowdy" Gaines Olympic Pool (RGOP) has an Olympic size (25 yards x 50 meters) competitive pool, which is 4 feet deep on each end and 6 1/2 feet in the middle.
Equipped with competitive starting blocks, it is used for competitive swimming, swim instruction, and recreational use. In addition, there is a separate diving well with (2) 1 meter and (2) 3-meter springboards. This pool is heated and open year-round.
Pool Fees: Residents - $2, Non-residents - $3, Life Jackets - $1
3700 S. Hwy 27, Clermont
Swimming pools are located at the rear of the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center, open seasonally from April through October.
Daily Admission, $2 resident, $3 non-resident.
2703 Ridgewood Ave, Sanford
The Larry A. Dale Aquatic Center is open seasonally May to August. The pool is a heated outdoor rectangle shaped Olympic size pool. The pool has eight 50 meter lanes and twenty 25 yard lanes.
Daily Admission is $3 per person.
148 Oviedo Blvd, Oviedo
The Big Kahuna Pool is located at the Oviedo Gymnasium/Aquatic Facility at 148 Oviedo Blvd. Both facilities are available for rentals or drop-in rates.
The Splash Zone is open seasonally starting in April through August and allows a two-hour window for kids to come and play. Lifeguards are on duty when the Splash Zone and Pool are open.
The cost per day is $6 for residents, and $8 for non residents.
1600 Lockwood Blvd, Oviedo
This pool features 8 lanes, 25 yard pool with diving blocks available for swim teams. One side of the pool is 6 feet and the other side is 4 feet deep with two sets of stairs on each side
The cost is $3 for residents, and $4 for non-residents.
