Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom, takes place select nights from August 11, through November 1, 2023.


Highlights of this limited-capacity after hours event, include a new spirited pirate band and their crew taking over Adventureland, plus Max Goof and his Powerline party pack will star in all new pop-up parties throughout Magic Kingdom.


Also new this year, Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade includes Ursula, Cruella de Vil, the Queen of Hearts, and the Sanderson Sisters - Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabell, plus, watch out for the Seven Dwarfs who have returned to this years Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

Halloween with a Disney Twist!

Join some favorite Disney Characters for an evening of spirited fun.


Get your favorite costume ready! Come collect candies and treats while Magic Kingdom park thrills and chills you with eerie entertainment, delightful attractions and some beloved Disney Characters.


Throughout the evening, you can:

  • Set your sights on the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! Watch 3 sinister sisters bewitch and bedazzle the residents of Magic Kingdom park.

  • Witness Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular—a wickedly wild fireworks display featuring some of your favorite Disney Characters and hosted by Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.

  • Boogie down at the Disney Junior Jam at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café—featuring some favorite friends from Disney Junior shows. It’s perfect for young partygoers!

  • Watch beloved Disney Characters—including Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Clarabelle Cow dressed as the Sandersons from Hocus Pocus—during Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.

  • Collect a bag full of candy as you roam the trick-or-treat trails in search of some of your favorite sweets.

An opportunity to request to join the virtual queue will be available at 6:00 PM for Guests attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Guests will need to use the My Disney Experience app to enter this attraction. A standby queue for this attraction will not be available during the event. Each Guest can request to enter this virtual queue no more than once per event.

This is only available for Guests on the day of the event they are attending, and their specific event tickets must be linked to their My Disney Experience account in order to join the virtual queue. Guests attending this special ticketed event do not need to be in Magic Kingdom park to request to join at the time the queue becomes available.

Gather ‘round as your host—Jack Skellington—delights with this not so scary-tale that proves anything can happen at Halloween!


During a frightfully fun fireworks display, Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy are spirited away to a mysterious haunted house where they encounter dancing skeletons, waltzing ghosts and a sinister gathering of Disney villains! Don’t miss this dazzling spectacular featuring state-of-the-art projection effects, lasers, lights and fireworks.

Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular

The mischievous Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus return in 2023 to throw a glorious Halloween party.

With only a few hours to run amuck, Winifred, Mary and Sarah decide to use their magic to host a decidedly wicked fun fest during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.


Enlisting the help of the Disney villains, the 3 sisters mix sinister shadows, terrifying nightmares and use the nefarious powers of their frightening colleagues to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion—and cast a spell on everyone in Magic Kingdom park!


Look for appearances from Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie and Maleficent. Combine them and other great Disney villains with amazing dancers, wild visual projections and otherworldly special effects to make Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular a not-to-be-missed Halloween treat!

Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade

Catch a glimpse of dastardly villains, ghastly ghouls and other iconic Characters as they float by during this spellbinding parade.


Twice nightly, this beloved cavalcade brings forth an assortment of fiendishly fun floats, as each land of the Magic Kingdom park comes together to celebrate during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.


Highlights include:

  • A flurry of favorite Disney friends, including Mickey Mouse, don Halloween costumes as they prepare to go trick-or-treat down Main Street, U.S.A.

  • Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Clarabelle Cow run amuck dressed as their favorite Halloween sisters—the Sandersons from Hocus Pocus

  • Hitchhiking Ghosts and the spectral Bride glide among the waltzing spirits—representing the Haunted Mansion from Liberty Square

  • A wicked assortment of Disney Villains reign over a Fantastyland-inspired grand finale.


The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet

Get ready to encounter the ghostly group known as the Cadaver Dans. They really like "axing" Guests questions… and answering with puns as part of their “dead pan” humor!


This Dapper Dans-style quartet will have you howling in laughter to a bone-rattling bevy of tunes


Pirate Crew in Adventureland

Adventureland will be taken over by a spirited pirate band and their crew. Be sure to listen for their sea shanties while their shipmates roam the land sharing tales of their explorations at sea.


New Powerline Pop-Up Parties

Get ready for even more chances to “Stand Out” with Max Goof and his Powerline party pack at new pop-up parties throughout Magic Kingdom before this popular crew dances onto Main Street U.S.A. ahead of Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.

Disney Junior Jam Dance Party

Guests will find the Disney Junior Jam at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe.


The Disney Junior Jam dance party will be offered from 7 pm until midnight and guests will be able to dance with Vampirina, Fancy Nancy, Timon, and Doc McStuffins throughout the night.



ZOM-BEATZ BASH

The ZOM-BEATS BASH will take place on the Rocket Tower Plaza Stage

At the ZOM-BEATZ BASH, guests will be able to dance to music from the Disney Channel Z-O-M-B-I-E-S from 7 pm until midnight.

Get your fill of Halloween sweets and snacks as you gather up goodies from land to land.

Guests can satisfy their sweet tooth at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party by stopping by trick-or-treating locations throughout Magic Kingdom Park.


Allergy-Friendly Fun If you have a food allergy, please see a Cast Member to pick up a teal-colored treat bag. When you trick-or-treat with your teal bag, you’ll receive a teal token at our treat stations. Later on, you can redeem these teal tokens at our Allergy-Friendly Centers for your special treats!

Come In Costume

Don a cool costume for this occasion—following a few guidelines, of course.


Before brewing up your make-believe best, read the official costume guidelines for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.


For Guests ages 13 and under:

  • Costumes and some costume masks may be worn; masks must provide unobstructed peripheral vision at all times with openings that allow the eyes to be fully seen.

For Guests 14 Years of Age or Older:

Costumes may be worn according to these guidelines. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from Disney parks, unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards:

  • All Guests may dress as their favorite character, but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests.

  • Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.

  • Costumes may not contain any props or accessories that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.

  • Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.

  • Layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening.

  • Costumes may not reach or drag on the ground. (for example, full-length Princess dresses)

  • Capes may be worn if the length does not go below the waist.

  • Themed T-shirts, blouses, sweatshirts and hats are acceptable.

  • Acceptable accessories include: transparent wings, plastic light sabers, toy swords and tutus. Costume headwear may be worn as long as it does not cover the face.

  • Costume masks of any kind may not be worn.
