The Hall on The Yard located at Alden Road and Virginia Drive permanently closed on Thursday, April 18, 2024. with no warning to employees or customers due to the operator owing  unpaid rent to the landlord of the building, Ivanhoe Place Propco.

The Hall on The Yard first opened for business on November 18, 2021, and was home to a collection of 9 food vendors, 3 bars, indoor and outdoor seating, plus various event spaces.

The great news is City Food Hall, the fastest growing food hall company in the U.S., has confirmed that it is opening one of its innovative food hall concepts in the building as we previously reported.
