This free event features community workouts, over 100 vendors, Kids Zone, Splash Pad, OneBlood Donation Bus, Mobile Mammograms, and more!

This weekend, the City of Apopka is inviting everyone to celebrate 20 years of health and fitness at the 20th Annual Apopka Health and Fitness Festival!

The Apopka Health and Fitness Festival takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Kit Land Nelson Park from 10 am to 2 pm.

Enjoy free health screenings, community workouts, safety demonstrations, kids zone with the Apopka Police Department, splash pad, prize drawings, refreshments, over 100 vendors, and much more.

Plus, take advantage of on-site services including the OneBlood Donation Bus and mobile mammogram screenings.

The 20th Annual Apopka Health and Fitness Festival will also feature fun and free group classes, offering something for everyone.

At 10.15 am enjoy Zumba with Mary, Rosemary, Angela, and the Apopka Police Department SWAT Team, then at 11.30 am there will be Chair Exercise with Katherine.

Next at 12.15 pm is a Pilates Class with PITY Fitness, followed by Spin Class with Unknown F.C at 12.45 pm.
