Tap into the taste of summer as Busch Gardens Tampa Bay debuts the Bier Fest, Brews & BBQ – an ALL-NEW take on a fan-favorite tradition.
Oktoberfest comes early this year combining international BBQ and ice-cold brewsfor the ultimate summertime celebration. The event takes place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from July 25 through August 31, plus Labor Day on Monday, September 1, and is included with park admission.
Bier Fest, Brews & BBQ brings together classic German flavors, the best of backyard favorites and refreshing beverages, while enjoying tunes at Helga’s Bier Garten.
Beyond the festival area, guests can enjoy family-friendly activities, up-close encounters with amazing animals and top-off a day of festive fun with Florida’s most thrilling rides including Phoenix Rising or the ALL-NEW family friendly adventure realm, Wild Oasis.

From smoky brisket cones to Korean-BBQ pork wings and mango jerk chicken, the all-new food cabins are inspired by a unique BBQ culture – from the American South to Caribbean islands, East Asia and beyond.

NEW – “Lost in the Sauce” Cabin – Root Beer Ribs, Honey Bourbon Chicken, Southern Peach Sonker
NEW – “The Smokin’ Samurai” Cabin – Korean BBQ Pork Wings, Chinese Char Siu Buns, Sichuan Chicken Skewers
NEW – “Out of the Box” Cabin – Brisket Mac in a Waffle Cone, Mini Bison Sliders, Chocolate Pecan Tart
NEW – “Mis Amigos” Cabin – Street Tacos, Loaded Dorito Nachos, Charred Street Corn, Mexican Lime Icebox Cake
For those craving savory bites with a European twist, Helga’s Bier Garten serves up German-inspired favorites like Bratwurst with mustard relish, Currywurst with sauerkraut, and soft pretzel bites—all paired with a curated selection of ice-cold brews on tap.
Guests can enjoy their delicious bites alongside live entertainment from The DeLeon Oktoberfest Band, performing five lively sets each day at Helga’s Bier Garten with festive oompah music, polkas and Bavarian sing-alongs.

Refreshing Brews & Other Beverages
Guests craving a refreshing brew can choose from a wide selection of lagers, ales and hefeweizens, while guests looking for non-beer options can enjoy ciders, sours, cocktails and wines. In fact, an array of over 75 types of drink offerings await all Bier Fest guests.

Available brews will rotate each weekend, so those wanting to enjoy and indulge should know that the best way to get a taste of all the flavors at this year’s event is with a Bier Fest Sampler. Samplers can be redeemed for any food or beverage item offered throughout the festival area. Offering the best value for guests, Samplers start at $40 and are available in quantities of five and eight. Pass Members have access to an exclusive 10-item Sampler for the same price as an eight-item Sampler. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
