BermudAir clear for takeoff between Orlando and Bermuda with new route starting in March

Yet another new airline is to offer flights to and from Orlando, with BermudAir to offer direct flight to and from Bermuda.

BermudAir is set to launch a new services between Bermuda and Orlando, with the new route to Orlando International Airport starting on March 26.


“The addition of Orlando to our network is a clear indicator of BermudAir’s ongoing growth,” said Adam Scott, Founder and CEO of BermudAir, in a statement.


On why Orlando was added, Mr Scott said: “It is a great destination for Bermudians — I will look forward to taking my son to Disney World — but it is also the largest untapped market from the US to Bermuda in terms of catchment area."


BermudAir will operate Embraer E175 aircraft on the route with a dual-class cabin, offering 14 seats in business class and 52 seats in economy class.


Tickets for the new routes are on sale now, and to celebrate, BermudAir is offering special fares on all its routes until January 31 starting at $99 one-way from the US and $199 one-way from Bermuda, including taxes.
