Family-owned and operated Agave Azul Cocina Mexicana is set to open a stunning new restaurant in Maitland.

Agave Azul Cocina Mexicana is opening a sister restaurant soon in Maitland, with the local, family-owned restaurant chain sharing exciting details about the new restaurant concept they have planned.

The new restaurant, NAYA Comida + Barrita is inspired by Riviera Nayarit’s pacific coast and lush rainforest. Centered around three key elements Wood Fire, Nixtamal, and Mezcal.

The location for the new concept is proposed inside the new 65,000-square-foot Trelago Market commercial center on Maitland Boulevard.

NAYA Comida + Barrita will offer a bespoke menu featuring contemporary regional Mexican cuisine and agave forward cocktails.

The new Maitland restaurant will feature a stylish interior with a large outdoor patio area.
