July 24 - January 3

Explore the history and enduring legacy of colonialism in the Caribbean through The House That Freedoms Built, an outdoor installation by artist La Vaughn Belle on the Rollins College campus. Featuring three white, pitched-roof structures inspired by 18th-century homes built by formerly enslaved people of St. Croix, the work invites reflection on how ideas of home, belonging, and freedom are constructed. As the first in a series of installations leading to the opening of the Rollins Museum of Art’s new facility, it engages viewers in a thoughtful dialogue about identity, community, and the spaces we inhabit.


August 22 - November 13

Presented by Casselberry Arts, the annual Experience Contemporary 2026 exhibition, A Wrench in the Gears, features five Florida artists: Justin Quaid Grubb, Cynthia Mason, Noelle Mason, Hilary White, and Matthew Wicks. Their work will be on display at the Casselberry Arts Center.


August 28 - November 7, Select Dates

The Ren's annual spooky season production is back for 2026, with Nosferatu: The Citadel! You'll see the full Nosferatu experience at 8 pm, and end the night in VBar beginning at 10 pm. You'll be moving from space to space in the Citadel, seeing different stories unfold. Nosferatu is an immersive experience. Vampires will be moving all around you!. I


March 7 - November 3

In 2026, Harry P. Leu Gardens proudly marks its 65th anniversary with a celebration titled Legacy in Bloom—a vibrant tribute to the enduring beauty, growth, and impact of this beloved public garden. Over the course of the year, visitors will experience a dynamic calendar of events, programs, exhibits, and installations that honor the Gardens’ rich past, thriving present, and bold future.


August 14 - September 30

The table is set for Orlando's foodie event of the year, with Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, returning to the city from August 14 - September 30, 2026, celebrating 21 years of flavor and impact. Savor three-course, prix-fixe dinners at an unprecedented 180+ Orlando-area restaurants for just $40 or $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity, with participating venues exclusively offering $40 or $60 menus.


August 26 – September 27, Select Dates

Discover life as an islander with the story of the 38 planes that were diverted to Gander on September 11, 2001. This Tony Award-winning musical shares the remarkable true story of 7,000 airline passengers grounded in the wake of 9/11 and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them. Told with music, humor, and heart, it highlights the relationships formed when spirited locals and global passengers come together to embrace empathy, generosity, and shared humanity. Warm, funny, and deeply uplifting, Come From Away reminds us that community isn’t just where you’re from; it’s what you build together. 


May 17 – September 7

IS IT SCIENCE... OR IS IT MAGIC?! Get ready for science to boggle your senses with a dazzling new exhibit where visitors of all ages will gain a deeper understanding of the science behind illusions and the mechanisms that govern human perception. Through hands-on experiences and captivating exhibits, guests will discover how scientific principles create various illusions that fool their brains.


June 8 - September 7

Step into a world of enchantment with Fairy Doors, a delightful exhibit featuring twenty one-of-a-kind, magical doors tucked away throughout the gardens. Each fairy door is crafted by a different fairy and invites young dreamers (and the young at heart) into a realm of secret gardens, whispering woods, and sparkling imagination. A special map will guide your journey, complete with charming tales of the fairies who created each door, adding a touch of storybook magic to your adventure. Gather your family and friends and see if you can find them all…but remember, these doors open only for fairies. Included with daytime admission, this enchanting experience promises wonder, laughter, and a sprinkle of fairy dust for visitors of all ages. 


June 11 - September 3

Enjoy live Music on the Patio overlooking Lake Rowena every Thursday from 5 - 8 pm. Bring a picnic filled with your favorite foods and a comfy seat and unwind. The Gardens are open late every Thursday so you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through Orlando's most beautiful garden.


May 28 - August 28, Last Thursday & Friday Of The Month

Wawa Summer Fun Days return this summer to the historic Bok Tower Gardens which are located in Lake Wales, offering free admission to the stunning 250-acre contemplative garden and bird sanctuary on the last Thursday and Friday of the month from May through September.


May 30 - August 23

The Florida Prize in Contemporary Art is organized by the Orlando Museum of Art (OMA) to bring new recognition to the most progressive artists in the State. Each year OMA’s curatorial team surveys artists working throughout the State before inviting ten to participate. One artist is selected by an invited juror to receive a $20,000 award. Artists range from emerging to mid-career, often with a distinguished record of exhibitions and awards that reflect recognition at national and international levels. In all cases they are artists who are engaged in exploring significant ideas of art and culture in original and visually exciting ways.


June 11 - August 23

Created in Community: Portraits of Pulse commemorates the 10-year remembrance of the Pulse Nightclub tragedy on June 12, 2016. This powerful exhibition features 49 portraits honoring the lives lost, created through a deeply collaborative community effort. Designed by local artist Jeff Sonksen in a paint-by-number format, the works were completed in 2017 by victims’ families, friends, and members of the Orlando community. Each portrait emerged through a shared process of painting, transforming grief into collective remembrance and healing. As you move through the exhibition at the Terrace Gallery, Orlando City Hall, you are invited to reflect on the lives remembered and the enduring strength of a community united in remembrance.


June 1 - August 13, Monday - Thursday

Make summer break easy, fun, and budget-friendly at Regal Oviedo Mall with the return of Summer Movie Express. From June 1 through August 13, families can enjoy $1 movie tickets to popular family films back on the big screen. Showings take place Monday through Thursday for the first show of the day, making it the perfect daytime activity to keep kids entertained all summer long.

Get ready to sip, savor, and explore the flavors that make Orlando’s neighborhoods unforgettable. This summer, Orlando Main Streets are coming together for a citywide celebration of the creative and eclectic cuisine and cocktails that can only be found right here in our local districts. From July 25 through August 10, you’ll have the chance to experience limited-time prix fixe menus at a variety of price points and drink specials that go beyond your typical happy hour. From hidden neighborhood gems to your go-to favorites, this is your invitation to discover something new, support local, and experience the energy of our districts in a whole new way.

Taking place at Windsor at Celebration, this production from ARTS Unlimited, "The 39 Steps" blends a Hitchcock classic with a spy thriller, then sprinkles in some Monty Python madnes—a whirlwind whodunit for theatre lovers! This two-time Tony and Drama Desk Award-winner is a laugh-a-minute spectacle featuring over 150 wacky characters (brought to life by just four astonishing actors), complete with an onstage plane crash, handcuffs, missing digits, and a splash of romance!


June 9 - August 4, Tuesdays

Enjoy your favorite FLIX for $5.00 every Tuesday all summer long at the iconic Garden Theatre on Plant in downtown Winter Garden! Summer Flix at the Garden features kids & matinees (10 am and 2 pm) as well as evening screenings (7 pm) of classic and contemporary hits. Hosted by the City of Winter Garden, the movie series provides a fun, budget-friendly (and air-conditioned) summer activity for the community.


July 10 - August 2, Select Dates

Experience the captivating journey of Princess Diana in "Diana: The Musical," a powerful and poignant production that delves into the life of one of the most beloved figures in modern history. Set against the backdrop of the 1981 royal wedding, this musical explores Diana's struggles with a distant husband, the unyielding expectations of the monarchy, and the relentless scrutiny of the media. With a modern perspective and a heart full of compassion, Diana's story resonates with audiences, showcasing her impact on a nation and her fight for authenticity in a world of royal protocol.

The Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce the first-ever Mount Dora Area Restaurant Week, happening Saturday, July 25 through Sunday, August 2. For one week, participating restaurants throughout the Mount Dora area will offer special prix fixe-style lunch and dinner menus, with lunch menus capped at $30 and dinner menus capped at $50. These special Restaurant Week menus will be offered in addition to each restaurant’s regular menu.

Celebrate Circus & Sips Weekend at Boxi Park July 30–August 2 Kick off the weekend with Boxi Park Run Club on Thursday, then join us Saturday for a caricature artist, jugglers, and a petting zoo beginning at 1 PM. Old Town is collecting school supply donations throughout our Friday and Saturday Night Car Show & Cruises, with drop-off available at the registration area both nights. During the first full weekend of every month, Bank of America and Merrill Bank offer cardholders free general admission on both Saturday and Sunday to more than 225 cultural institutions in dozens of cities across the US. .

IMMERSE fan favorite, Orlando Vocal Collective, takes center stage this summer at 1010 West. An Evening With the Orlando Vocal Collective, presented by Massey Services, is a one-of-a-kind night out. An ensemble of 11 singers and a four-piece band reimagine beloved songs spanning generations, from the iconic sounds of Janet Jackson and Earth, Wind & Fire to fresh arrangements of artists celebrated in past IMMERSE performances, including Beyoncé and Michael Jackson. OVC will bring these songs to life through thrilling harmonies and world-class lead vocals.

The Holocaust Center of Florida is proud to present Mezuzah Traces, an evocative exhibition by the Polish-Jewish design studio MI POLIN in Warsaw. The first in our Memory Keepers cultural exchange program, this powerful exhibit brings to light the quiet, physical remnants of Jewish life in Poland through the lens of an object both sacred and symbolic: the mezuzah.

Join The Young Company Alumni at Margeson Theater, Orlando for their second annual performance as they continue the Reign of Fire series with Henry VI: War of the Roses. This ambitious production combines all three parts of Shakespeare’s Henry VI trilogy into one sweeping story of ambition, loyalty, betrayal, and the cost of power. Originally adapted by Richard Width and first performed by TYC in 2002, this revival brings together artists from across past Young Company cohorts to revisit a piece deeply rooted in the history of the program itself. Filled with political intrigue, shifting alliances, and the spark that ignites the Wars of the Roses.

Each class has a unique theme that stimulates imagination, movement, and social skills. Two adults per child maximum.

Mount Dora Center for the Arts is proud to host  ”Art in the Alley” along with Studio Art Farm and Panache. This community focused event supports emerging artists by giving them space and opportunities to showcase and sell their art work and engage with the public. The event is held every 2nd Friday of each month in the alley on Royellou Lane between 3rd and 5th Av.

Tthe Bazaar Florida Tour, is back on the road this summer, sharing its signature blend of artisan makers selling handmade goods, artistic and cultural performances, and interactive workshops and activities. The statewide event series kicks off with a return to the Casselberry Arts Center, which welcomed nearly 700 guests and 50 vendors during last summer’s market.

Join us on Saturday, August 8, from 6–8 pm as we close out our Second Saturday Sounds summer concert series with The Ultimate Santana Tribute! Get ready for an evening of legendary guitar riffs, Latin-inspired rhythms, and all your favorite Santana hits.
