A new private racetrack and auto attraction, near the intersection of I-4 and I-75, just east of Tampa is now open.

The Motor Enclave Tampa is a huge 200-acre racetrack and auto attraction located at t 6499 N Falkenburg Road in Tampa. Built for everyone who loves their car, and just wants to get on a track and drive fast without having to worry about getting a ticket!

Conveniently located directly on I-75 at the I-4 interchange and attached to Tampa Executive Airport. The Motor Enclave Tampa is the largest facility of its kind in the World.

The $150 million project includes a 1.6-mile performance driving circuit designed by Formula 1 track architects and engineers with Hermann Tilke, the circuit will offer professional driving instruction, autocross, exotic sportswear fleet and thrill rides, and more.

A 30-acre off-road experience will allow drivers to put their vehicles through the rigors they were designed for, over rocks, logs, gravel, formed concrete and steel structures.

The new motor sports center is also home to a vehicle dynamics pad designed for outdoor and corporate events, car shows, auctions, cars-and-coffee events and swap meets.

Plus, The Motor Enclave Tampa is also home to more than 300 private garages, with many completed already, and a 37,000+ square foot Corporate Event Center which is currently under construction.

The 300 trackside private garages, called "car condos.", have been sold in the same manner as traditional condos, ranging in price from $225,000 to $600,000, depending on the size of the unit, but if you want one, you have to be quick as only a handful remain.

These condominiums for cars are specially built individual units, and can be outfitted pretty much however the buyer wants.

The condos can be equipped with loft areas and bathrooms designed to host parties or just hang out with your cars all day.
