  • Tyler Childers to open for The Rolling Stones on Hackney Diamonds Tour at Orlando's Camping World Stadium

Exciting news! Tyler Childers will open the show on June 3 for The Rolling Stones at Camping World Stadium. Be sure to get there early! The Rolling Stones are hitting the road this summer, with the legendary rockers heading out across North America on the 2024 Hackney Diamonds Tour in support of their chart-topping album Hackney Diamonds. Ads the tour gets closer, the lineup of openers for the stadium tour have been announced including the bands show in Orlando on June 3, with country singer and songwriter, Tyler Childers opening the show. Childers will bring his mix of traditional country, bluegrass, and folk to the huge stage at downtown's Camping World Stadium. Hailing from the Appalachian Mountains in Kentucky, Tyler Childers is part of a wave of 2010s Americana artists who prize authenticity both in their songs and sound. Sonically, he borrows heavily from the weathered, ornery progressive country records of the 1970s, a comparison brought into sharp relief on his second album, 2017's Purgatory, which was produced by the acclaimed Americana rocker Sturgill Simpson. Childers' success continued with a Grammy nomination for "All Your'n," a cut from 2020's politically charged bluegrass album Long Violent History. Where that record benefitted from his control, its 2022 successor Can I Take My Hounds to Heaven? showcased his ambition, featuring a variety of styles spread over the course of three LPs. Childers tightened back up for his latest release, Rustin' in the Rain, an alternately raucous and empathetic album that was released in September. In addition to the show in Orlando, at Camping World Stadium on Monday, June 3, 2024, the group, led by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ron Wood, will perform in 16 cities across the U.S. and Canada, playing a combination of classics, deep cuts and songs from their latest album. Fans can expect to experience Mick, Keith and Ronnie play their most popular hits ranging from “Start Me Up,” “Gimme Shelter,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Satisfaction” and more. Get tickets now. Have you got your tickets for the show on June 3? Let us know in the comments below!
