Wine Wars - A Competitive Wine Festival returns to Orlando for a night of tasting, sipping, and fierce wine competition

Get ready for an epic evening of tasting, sipping, and fierce wine competition in the heart of Downtown Orlando, as Wine Wars returns.

Wine Wars is a fun competitive wine-tasting festival benefiting a local charity, where the winning team will take up to 150 bottles of wine home at the end of the night!

This year's event is taking place at Lake Eola in the heart of downtown on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 5 pm - 9 pm.

Indulge in a spirited competition at Wine Wars, a unique wine festival where participants can savor exquisite wines, engage in lively games, and vie for exciting prizes. Immerse yourself in a blend of friendly rivalry and philanthropy, as each sip supports a local charity. Key Haven Foster Homes.

Wine Wars is a wine tasting event with a competitive twist. During this event, participants will get the chance to compete for a chance to take up to 150 bottles home, while also benefiting Key Haven Foster Homes.. The event will have up to 150 teams, consisting of no more than three people. Each team will need to bring three of the same bottles of this year’s specified wine category: red wines.

At the beginning of the event, teams will drop off their bottles to the wine attendant and they will be assigned a number that is unknown by the team or other contestants. From there, each team will grab their wine glasses and begin tasting and voting for their most and least favorite. The team with the highest number of votes for “Most Favorite” wine of the night will take home one unopened bottle from each team. The team that brought the least favorite wine of the evening will get the privilege of taking their unopened bottle back home.
