Universal Orlando Resort has announced that Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval will be returning to Universal Studios Florida from February 7 - April 4, 2026.
Enjoy a spectacular parade, beads by the handful, live music, and food from around the world as well as New Orleans favorites.
Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval is a must-do event at Universal Orlando Resort, with all the fan-favorite highlights returning in 2026.
Enjoy a spectacular parade on select nights, outrageous street performers, vibrant music, colorful costumes and countless beads flying through the air. You can savor mouthwatering food including authentic Cajun specialties from New Orleans, plus lots of flavors from around the world.
Plus, end the day on a high note with live performances on select nights on the Music Plaza Stage. Check back soon for more details in 2026.
Best of all, the Mardi Gras festivities are included with your theme park admission or Annual Pass. Seasonal Passholders can also experience the event.
