Since 1960, Osceola Arts has been a cultural cornerstone in Central Florida, enriching the community far beyond its stage.
More than just a theater, it's a vibrant hub for artists and art enthusiasts to explore, learn, and engage across all forms of visual and performing arts. Our passion for the arts drives us to provide exceptional performances and exhibitions that inspire, entertain, and provoke. Come and immerse yourself in the magic of creativity and expression at Osceola Arts.
Founding in 1960 as the Footlight Theatre Guild and initially hosting productions at Osceola High School, Osceola Arts was inspired by a donation from Mrs. Margaret Bass to create a dedicated space for live theater, music, and art.
Officially becoming a non-profit in 1962, and finding our permanent residence after a donation from Irlo Bronson, arts became to come to life in Osceola. Dedicated on September 7, 1969, as the Osceola County Art & Culture Center, we became a hub for local arts organizations.
Renamed in the 90's to Osceola Center for the Arts, and later to Osceola Arts in 2014, we now host over 240 events and provide a variety of arts programs, and underline the arts' significance in Osceola County's diverse community.
