The wait is finally over - H Mart Orlando is NOW OPEN!

The long wait for the debut of H Mart Orlando is finally over, with fans of the brand lining up for the official opening of the store.

New Jersey-based Korean grocery store H Mart first revealed plans to open its largest ever store here in Orlando, way back in 2021, sadly the wait has been long, and thanks to multiple delays, including delays with the permits including an environmental assessment by the County has meant that Central Florida fans of the grocery chain have had a very long wait for the opening of the first H Mart in Florida.

Now the news that everyone has been waiting so long for is finally here, and YES, H Mart Orlando has officially opened its doors on September 25, and is already welcoming crowds of shoppers from throughout Central Florida.

The hotly anticipated H Mart is located in what was a former SuperTarget on W Colonial and Dorscher Rd, between Hiawassee and Apopka-Vineland.

The massive new store features a food hall within the store. which includes an outpost of international bakery, Paris Baguette.

The food hall also includes Chidon Katsu Place, U Chun Korean Restaurant, Eggcellent Sandwich & Coffee, Paik’s Noodle, Myung Ga Korean BBQ & Tofu Soup, Oh K-Dog & Egg Toast, Jaws Topokki and Kung Fu Tea.

The chain commented on the Orlando store opening to the public, :We’re so happy to finally welcome you through the doors after all your patience and support. From fresh produce and flavors from around the world to weekend feasts, quick grocery runs, and those little discoveries, Orlando, it’s your turn to explore, taste, and make every visit an adventure."
