Orlando Fringe is once again hosting Orlando Out Fest this September. Orlando Out Fest is a celebration of Queer Theatre, Art, Music and Cinema, presented by Orlando Fringe and curated by George Wallace, Executive Director of The Center Orlando. Orlando Fringe is partnering with The Center Orlando, The Renaissance Theatre Company and the Starlight Room at Savoy to host 21 shows and events. Centralized in Ivanhoe Village and Mills 50 neighborhoods, the weekend festival will take the stage on Thursday, September 10 through Sunday, September 13 with a free opening party on Wednesday, September 9.

Popcorn Flicks in the Park series features classic films for the whole family. These films are usually held on the second Thursday of each month in Central Park, Winter Park. They are FREE and open to the public! We encourage you to bring a blanket, a picnic or snacks, and some family and friends and join us! Popcorn Flicks

Purchase presale tickets on Eventbrite, or at the event and meet us at the check-in location where you’ll pick up a wristband, map and a tasting cup with more than 20 local businesses to stop for a tasty adult libation or treat! Along the way we have art vendors, live music, DJ’s and a night market at TPD Circle (near the southeast corner of Lake Eola). This event is always dog friendly so bring them with you!

Orlando’s most terrifying Halloween event is back and more bone-chilling than ever. Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando is a separately ticketed event is built for the brave, featuring spine-tingling scare zones, menacing haunted houses, electrifying live shows, and heart-pounding thrill rides in the dark. This year, Howl-O-Scream will take place on select evenings from September 11 through October 31 and will feature 5 haunted houses with 4 all-new houses, 6 scare zones, and more.

Join the City of Kissimmee for a free open-air Fandom Kissimmee festival at Kissimmee Lakefront Park. Explore exhibitions featuring comic books, anime, collectibles, games, and original artwork. Test your fandom knowledge in trivia contests, cheer on amazing cosplay competitors, snap photos at immersive photo ops, enjoy live entertainment, grab giveaways and exclusive merchandise, and grab food from local vendors and trucks. Whether you're a lifelong fan or discovering fandom for the first time, there's something for everyone. Come dressed as your favorite character or showcase your own original creation.

Celebrate your creativity and imagination during Craft Day at the Gardens! Find inspiration in the beauty of nature and the colors of fall as you enjoy a morning of hands-on creativity. Vsitors of all ages can participate in a variety of fun craft activities led by the team at Harry P. Leu Gardens. Craft Day activities are included with regular Garden admission, making it easy to add a creative touch to your visit at no additional cost.

Join the City of Casselberry for the FREE Latin Jazz & Art Festival at Lake Concord Park on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Grammy winner Nestor Torres, Emmy-nominated singer Fabiola Mendez and their friends will headline the Puerto Rican-inspired festival from 5 - 9 pm. During the concert, some of the area’s greatest Latin visual artists will showcase their works. Everything from paintings and sculptures to mixed media masterpieces will be on display in Casselberry City Hall, Art House, Art Center and Sculpture House

September 13
Guitars and Cars at Renninger's in Mount Dora, is a combined swap meet and show held on the second Sunday of select months. It merges the Lake County Musician's Swap Meet with a classic car and cycle show, plus guitars - Big Al’s Lake County Musicians’ Swapmeet.
