Top 10 Things To Do In Orlando This Week, July 14 - 20, 2025

Matinee Movie Monday at Island H2O

July 14

Throughout summer, Island H2O Water Park in Kissimmee will be showing a variety of movies on the Live! Lagoon Wave Pool Screen.


Gather your family for Matinee Movie Monday, a day of family fun and enjoy all of the thrilling slides like Profile Plunge and Hashtag Heights, or enjoy a more chill island vibe on Chat Creek Lazy River. At 2 pm, grab a tube in the wave pool and enjoy floating with your family while Central Florida’s LARGEST Outdoor Wave Pool Screen plays your movie favorites! This week's movie is Disney favorite Moana (2016).



July 15

As they head into their 100th year in 2026, Orlando Family Stage is inviting neighboring businesses to connect, collaborate, and celebrate. Join them along with Ivanhoe Village Main Street for an evening of refreshments, networking, and a behind-the-scenes look at how Orlando Family Stage empowers young people through theatre and get a first look at their plans for the Centennial Celebration.

Orlando City Soccer Club takes on New York City FC at Inter&Co Stadium in downtown Orlando. Get your tickets now!


Access for All at OMA

July 17

Access for All at OMA is a monthly free day dedicated to the community. On the third Thursday of each month, Orlando museum of Art extends their hours from 10 am to 8 pm, offering free admission to all visitors. Each event features live performances, educational experiences, and more! Sketching materials will be available to visitors between 5 pm and 7 pm, and a docent-led highlights tour will be held at 7 pm.


Orange County Regional history Center

July 17

The History Center is open late on the third Thursday of each month with four hours of free admission. At 5:30 p.m. author Rick Kilby will present From Railroads to Rosie’s: The Evolution of the Church Street Block, a presentation that will examine the people and places of the Church Street block through 150 years of Orlando history. This free program is presented in conjunction with our special exhibition Orlando Collected. Third Thursday @ The Museum is part of a wider event at various downtown Orlando venues organized by the Downtown Arts District celebrating arts, culture, and history through art exhibitions, live performances, drink specials, and more.


Oviedo Night Market

July 18

Bring the whole family to celebrate National Ice Cream Day on July 19 & 20 at Give Kids The World Village during a special Christmas in July: Ice Cream for Breakfast with Santa! Join Santa, Mrs. Claus and Village characters for a festive ice cream party on the Village Avenue. Grab a photo with Santa, enjoy fun holiday crafts, Village rides and attractions, watch a festive flick in our movie theatre and enjoy ice cream for breakfast!


Old Town's AUTOFEST 2025

July 19

A quarterly judged show featuring Muscle Cars and Classic Cars. Participating cars must be showing quality 1964 and newer muscle cars and trucks and 1985 and older antiques, hot rods, and classics.


Wildest Market in the Wilderness

July 20

Get Ready for a Rootin’ Tootin’ Good Time at the Wildest Market in the West on Sunday, July 20 at Kissimmee Civic Center – Fully Indoors!

Dog Days of Summer at Maitland’s Farmers Market

July 20

Celebrate the Dog Days of Summer at Maitland’s Independence Square. Bring your favorite furry family members for a day of fun with displays, vendors, crafts, live music and activities. See demonstrations from Frisbee-catching and agility course dogs as well as the Maitland Police Department K-9 unit. Learn about adoptions and watch canine demonstrations. Prizes will be presented for the best dressed canines.
