The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series launches into St. Petersburg this weekend!

The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series lands in Florida for the first time, as the season heats up and championship hopes are tested on the USA’s southeastern coast.
For the first time, the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series comes to the Gulf Coast this weekend, and St. Petersburg is ready to host the adrenaline-fuelled spectacle on Friday, 5 and Saturday, 6 June.
Florida's Sunshine City brings a sun-drenched, waterfront stage to the 2026 season, as elite divers launch from the reimagined St. Pete Pier into the crystal-clear waters of Tampa Bay.
Spectators at this unique event can watch as divers execute incredible acrobatics from heights of more than 20m in the ultimate display of focus and skill.
This is unchartered territory for the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, and history is ready to be written. With the season now in full swing at the second stop, and the divers fighting for a strong early positioning in the championship standings, the first-ever winners at this Florida location will become the stars of a new chapter in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series' story.
Where to Watch
Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series St. Pete takes place at the St. Pete Pier, with the dive tower positioned facing the North Yacht Basin. Spectators can watch from a number of public vantage points along the waterfront, including Spa Beach, Bayshore Drive NE, North Straub Park, and public access points throughout the St. Pete Pier.
Large video screens will also be in place at North Straub Park, the Spa Beach area, and on a floating screen off Bayshore Drive.
Spectators are also welcome to watch from the water. Boat viewing is permitted within the North Yacht Basin on a first come, first served basis, and paddleboards, kayaks, and non-motorised vessels are also allowed.
The event is free to attend – no ticket is required for general admission viewing areas, which are available on a first come, first served basis. All VIP areas are either sold out or private. The event is scheduled to go ahead rain or shine, though competition may be delayed, paused or cancelled in the case of severe weather.
For those arriving by car, please note that Bayshore Drive NE between 2nd Ave NE and 5th Ave NE will be closed on Saturday, June 6 from 7 AM – 7 PM.
If you can't make it to St Pete, the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series will be broadcast from 3 pm on Red Bull TV.
