Orlando's Good Salt Restaurant Group are set to welcome the James Beard Foundation back to Orlando next week.
The special chef's diner will be hosted at The Monroe on Wednesday, April 19 at 6pm, with the talented chefs from all four Good Salt restaurants featuring dishes inspired by the concepts that they helm as well as from their respective cultural backgrounds in a lively reception style setting.
Also included are cocktails, spirits, wine and local beer tastings, desserts from the groups pastry chefs and live music.
Tickets are available now priced $180 ALL INCLUSIVE, and like previous James Beard Foundation Chef's Dinners in Orlando, this incredible evening is sure to sell out.

The dinner will be created by Chef Nikk Burton and Chef Robbie Lamison of The Monroe, Executive Chef Michael Cooper of The Osprey, Chef Wendy Lopez and Chef Denise Newberry of Reyes Mezcaleria, and Chef Huy Q. Tin of Seito Sushi.
