Osceola Arts presents the hysterical, heart-warming and iconic play, Steel Magnolias

It's time to get reacquainted with the lovely ladies of Chinquapin, Louisiana, as the warmest hearted of comedy dramas, Steel Magnolias is set to take to the main stage at Osceola Arts in Kissimmee, from April 21 - May 7.

This new production features a talented ensemble cast and is directed by J. Marie Bailey.

This classic play, written by Robert Harling was first performed on stage in 1987, although many fans will know and love Steel Magnolias from its popular 1989 movie adaptation.

Truvy’s Louisiana beauty salon is the place to gossip and get your hair done, and every Saturday, you will find the town staples Ouiser, Miss Clairee, M’Lynn and Shelby filling the salon with the sounds of hilarious banter, amusing rumors and unsolicited advice.

When a tragic death occurs, the ladies come together and find strength, love and support in one another.

This production is rated PG-13.
